CHRIS: All right now, you also say for a little unconventional spin, we could try some veal as well, right, for those who are kind of tired of the turkey.
CHEF WARD: Yes, I have a –

CHRIS: You tell me about the veal.
CHEF: This is from Strauss Brothers, and this is a Meadow Reserve™ veal. This is free, it’s on the range free, and it’s not caged or anything. So, if you want another alternative to turkey, this is a great alternative.
REPORTER: Is it easier to cook? Because you’re having to cook a turkey for 5 hours, 6 hours long.
CHEF: This takes about an hour. You braise it in some veal stock. It comes out fabulous product – moist, juicy and tender. It’s another alternative to doing prime rib and or turkey for Thanksgiving.
