(makes approx 8 oz.)

1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz. Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste

HEAT red pepper and wine in a saucepan; reduce by 50%. Add heavy whipping cream and reduce by 25%.

STIR in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stick blend if desired.
