2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 oz. Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste
HEAT peanut butter, coconut milk, pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
STIR in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction; simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
