1 cup coconut milk
8 oz. Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
1 stalk chopped fresh lemon grass
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. curry paste
HEAT coconut milk, Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction, lemon grass and ginger in a saucepan. Reduce by 50%.
STIR in curry powder and curry paste; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain.
